I know exactly how hard it is to do a long piece. On my page I have done a dire straits cover of Telegraph Road which is 14 minutes but it has the advantage of lyrics telling a story to keep the listener interested so as an instrumental this is much more difficult to achieve so bravo for achieving that ! The off key piano in the intro makes you wonder where this is going then BAM the awesome guitar kicks in ! Which again makes you want to listen more . The melodies and sub melodies keys and percussion are excellent ! An awesome masterpiece!

I apologize for the delay in responding, Mauri. You see, in recent months, for various reasons, I visited my SC page quite seldom, so I missed your text.
Now about the play. Despite its duration (10:46), it did not seem so long to me, because it was interesting to follow the musical thought in all its aspects and twists.
I must admit right away that the first part, i.e. piano part, made the greatest impression on me, which, by its nature, is partly in contact with the genre that can be called avant-garde. The parts of the piece with the solo guitar are, in my opinion, more traditional, but there are also some fusion zests here that attract attention.
I don't think this play will attract a wide audience, but it seems that this was not your goal when writing it, right? I am impressed by the general atmosphere - something akin to meditation, evoking associations with a kind of soaring at altitude. By the way, this is typical of your music in general (IMHO). Really original material.

G'day Mauri, Wow, right from the quirky off-centre / left-field piano intro I was totally captivated. Absolute monster guitar sound. A massive 3D wall of sound but with acres of virtual space. The many changes are fantastic. 10 minutes has just flown by. Excellent piece of music. Love it.

Oh! This is very interesting and different, Mauri! From a dissonant intro into masterfully guitar driven parts of great beauty. Great tone on the guitars and great changes, that keeps it interesting. Those 10 min were over before I knew it.
WIth so many creative ideas, the music stays interesting and captivating.
I love that lyrical guitartone, it really sings!

A super mixture of genres here. A very creative piece of original music. Kept me hooked did this. Great sound quality too. I appreciate now long something like this takes to write and record. 5 stars from me.
